Chicken Curry Casserole
Chicken Curry Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and cut in bite-size pieces, 2 c. white rice, uncooked, 12 to 16 oz. frozen peas, 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 c. mayonnaise (regular or no-fat), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook rice according to directions; spread in bottom of large baking dish. Cover with frozen peas.
In separate bowl, combine soups, mayonnaise and curry powder; then spread 1/2 this mixture over peas.
Next, place chicken pieces in dish.
Spread remaining mixture over top.
Sprinkle cheese and bake in 375Β° oven until heated through, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Great dish to make ahead of time and freeze.
