Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken, 1/2 c. butter, 2 onions, sliced, 1 tbsp. curry powder and 2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut chicken into pieces for frying.
Melt butter in hot frying pan.
Add chicken and cook 10 minutes.
Add liver and gizzards and cook 10 minutes longer.
Add onions, curry, salt, wine and enough boiling water to cover.
Cook until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken to platter.
Thicken the liquid in which chicken was cooked and pour this sauce over chicken.
Serve with a border of rice.
