Chicken Croquettes
Chicken Croquettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. finely chopped chicken or turkey, cooked, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. flour and 1 pt. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Chop cold meat very fine.
Season with pepper, nutmeg and onion.
Melt butter; add flour and mix until smooth.
Add cream and cook slowly, stirring constantly until sauce is thick.
