Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with boneless chicken or turkey breasts, 1/2 lb. shaved ham, coarsely grated swiss cheese (or sliced), 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan or casserole dish. Line pan with chicken breasts. Top this with layer of ham, then Swiss cheese. Combine soup and water; spread over cheese layer.
Sprinkle stuffing over soup mixture. (May also sprinkle packet of herbs and seasonings if with stuffing.) Melt margarine and pour on top. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Cover with foil for about the first 45 minutes, then uncover to brown.
