Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with boned skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb. total), thin slices cooked ham (about 1 1/2 oz.), mozzarella cheese lite and crushed seasoned croutons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Slice chicken breast 3/4 across.
Cut ham and cheese in half. Lift top 1/2 of chicken breast and lay 1 piece of ham and cheese on top of bottom breast.
Fold top back down.
Brush chicken breast with water and roll in crushed croutons.
Place in a baking pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
