Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 (2 oz.) slice boiled ham or corned beef, cut into strips (about 1/2 c.) and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine in large skillet.
Add chicken and ham; cook and stir for 5 to 8 minutes until chicken is browned.
Stir in soup, water, beans and mustard.
Bring to boil.
Stir in rice and cheese; cover.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
Fluff with fork and serve.
