Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 chicken breast fillets, pounded thin, 12 to 16 slices honey ham lunchmeat, 12 to 16 slices swiss cheese, 1 jar prego and shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Make sure fillets are thin and wide. Dip each fillet in beaten eggs. Coat both sides with bread crumbs.
Lay fillets on flat cookie sheet.
Place on each fillet, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese. Roll fillet from one corner.
Attach with toothpicks. Place in baking pan. Top with 2 to 3 tablespoons Prego. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
