Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 frying size chicken, 2 c. cooked peas, 1/4 tsp. pepper, biscuits (as many as are needed to cover casserole) and 2 c. raw sliced potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut up the chicken as you would for frying.
Brown slightly in small amount of oil and set aside.
In a 2-quart casserole dish, place a layer of sliced potatoes and then cover with a layer of peas.
Arrange pieces of chicken over this.
Add salt and pepper to cream and pour over the chicken.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Remove cover and return to oven until chicken is brown. Add biscuits for topping if desired and bake 15 minutes or until chicken and/or biscuits are brown.
