Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 beaten eggs, 2 c. chicken broth and 4 c. crushed ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook chicken until tender.
Cube (don't use the skin).
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well.
Put in flat pan and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Cut into 4-inch squares.
This makes a great luncheon casserole.
Will freeze well until baked.
