Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 chicken breasts (2 pounds), 1 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1 stick butter, 1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs (town house) and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stew chicken until tender. Cool and remove bones. Cut into small pieces. Save broth. Melt 1 stick butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Pat into bottom of casserole dish, save some for topping. Put chicken on top of cracker crumbs. Spread 1 can Cream of Chicken soup (undiluted) over entire layer. Spread dip on top. Gently pour 1
1/2 cups of broth over this. Top with cracker crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
