Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, 1/2 tsp. salt, 8 oz. egg noodles, 3 c. chopped celery and 1/3 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken in salted water for about 45 minutes.
Debone chicken; save broth.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
Set aside 1/3 cup broth.
Cook noodles in remaining broth.
Saute celery and onions in butter until tender.
Mix celery, onions, 1/3 cup broth, pepper, cubed cheese, chicken and noodles.
Spoon into casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
