Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium chicken breasts, cooked, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 stick margarine, 1 pkg. pepperidge farm dressing and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil chicken breasts in water until tender; save broth.
Pick chicken from bone into small pieces.
Melt margarine; pour over dressing mix.
Mix 1 or 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth into the dressing until moist.
In a 2-quart casserole, slightly cover bottom with dressing.
Blend 1/4 can of chicken broth to each can of soup.
Alternate rows of chicken, cream of chicken soup, dressing, chicken and cream of chicken soup.
Sprinkle with remaining dressing.
Bake in moderate oven until soup bubbles up into dressing (20 or 30 minutes).
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
