Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, 1 stick butter or oleo, 1 1/2 stacks saltines, crushed, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 10 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil chicken breasts until tender and save broth.
Debone and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Melt butter and toss with cracker crumbs.
Layer half of cracker mixture into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place all of the chicken on top.
Mix sour cream, soup and broth well.
Pour over chicken and top with remaining cracker crumbs.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until brown on top, at 350Β°.
