Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer, cut up, 1 c. rice, 1 stick margarine, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown rice in margarine; pour in casserole dish.
Mix all 3 soups in saucepan; rinse cans with small amount of water.
Heat until mixed well.
Pour over rice and stir up.
Place choice parts of fryer on top of casserole with skin side up.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300Β°.
