Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 pieces chicken (breasts and thighs), 1 (16 oz.) pkg. stove top dressing (or more), 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook chicken; reserve broth and cool.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix dressing according to package directions and spread in pan.
Remove chicken from bones and spread in chunks over dressing.
In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter.
Add flour and seasoning and cooled broth.
Stir over heat until mixture boils and thickens.
Slowly stir in beaten eggs and pour over chicken. Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
