Chicken Cantonese
Chicken Cantonese is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. choice chicken pieces, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove skin and bones from chicken.
Cut meat into thin strips.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Saute chicken in oil 1 to 2 minutes.
Add onion, green peppers, celery and 1/2 cup broth. Cover; steam for 2 minutes.
Blend remaining broth with cornstarch and soy sauce.
Stir into chicken mixture.
Add tomatoes; cook and stir 2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
Serve over beds of fluffy rice.
Makes 6 servings.
