Chicken arrange on greased baking pan.
In double boiler, put egg yolks, sugar, all the juice, peel and melted butter.
Cook over hot water for about 5 minutes.
Pour over chicken bake at
400Β° for 1 hour or until tender. Serve each chicken breast with a slice of orange as a garnish, if desired.
