Chicken Breast with Bacon
Chicken Breast With Bacon is an easy dinner. Made with 6 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned, salt (slightly), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 10 young green onions, chopped fine (including some of the green) and bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Form cheese into 1/2 size of walnut.
Wrap 1/2 chicken breast around each cheese ball.
Then wrap 2 slices bacon around each breast.
Cover as much as possible.
Secure with toothpick (remove after baking).
Bake, uncovered, in 350Β° oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
