Chicken Breast Casserole
Chicken Breast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 3 (no. 2) cans broken asparagus, drained, 3 cans mushroom soup, 1 small can pimiento, chopped and 1 c. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook chicken in salted water.
Cool, remove from bone and cut into bite-size pieces.
In large casserole dish, put layer of chicken and layer of mixture of asparagus, soup, pimiento and almonds.
Repeat.
Bake in 350Β° oven, 30 minutes.
Sprinkle onions on top and bake 5 minutes more.
