Chicken Breast
Chicken Breast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with boneless chicken breasts, 1 can mushrooms or 1 container fresh mushrooms, 1 medium chopped onion, 1/4 c. chicken broth (can or bouillon) and 1/4 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Dredge chicken in flour and brown in margarine.
Saute in drippings, 1 can mushrooms and 1 medium onion.
Add the following to drippings and simmer 5 minutes
1/4 cup chicken broth and 1/4 cup white wine.
Put chicken breast in 9 x 13-inch dish; pour mixture over chicken.
Mix Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over chicken.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
