Chicken and Red Rice
Chicken And Red Rice is an impressive dinner. Made with 2/3 c. uncooked regular rice, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 1 (2.8 oz.) can durkee french fried onions, 4 chicken breast halves, fat trimmed and skinned if desired and 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, stir together all ingredients, except chow mein noodles.
Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
Continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
