Chicken and Okra
Chicken And Okra is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb chicken wings, 1 lb. smoked sausage, 1 lb. chopped okra, 1 lb. shrimp (if desired) and 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Large pot, put wings, 1 onion, salt, 1 can tomato sauce, red pepper, black or white pepper and enough water to cover wings.
Slowly.
Saute sausage to extract grease; don't brown.
Set aside. Clean and devein shrimp; set aside. In a large skillet, put bacon fat.
Heat, then add okra and onions. Saute until okra is half done.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder and seasoned salt. Mix with chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add sausage and shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve over rice.
