Chicken and Dressing Casserole
Chicken And Dressing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 or 3 pound chicken, boiled and deboned, 1 stick butter, 1 pkg. stove top stuffing mix, 1 can sliced mushrooms and 1 cup sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Mix well with butter. Spread 3/4 mixture in a greased Pyrex casserole dish.
Lay chicken pieces on top (can use chicken breast).
Add drained mushrooms.
Mix together remaining vegetables, lemon juice, salt, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and 1/2 of chicken stock. Spoon over chicken and sprinkle remaining dressing mix on top. Pour remaining chicken stock over top. Bake 45 minutes in 350Β° oven.
