Chicken Almond Rice
Chicken Almond Rice is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 lb. lean ground pork, 2 finely chopped onions, 1 bunch chopped celery, 2 cans water chestnuts (whole), quartered and 1 green pepper, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute pork (pour off fat), onions, green pepper and celery for 10 minutes.
Add other ingredients.
Cook on top of stove for 5 minutes (large pan).
Pour into two casseroles and bake at 350Β° for one hour or until rice is soft and all liquid is absorbed.
Serves 20.
