Chicken a La Michelle
Chicken A La Michelle is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with to 3 lb. chicken breasts, equal parts of cream of mushroom soup and golden mushroom soup (example: 3 cans cream of mushroom soup and 3 cans golden mushroom soup), to 1/2 c. dry white wine (more or less to taste) and white rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Boil chicken breasts.
Remove skin and debone chicken breasts. If using boneless chicken, do not boil!
Fry in nonstick pan in margarine or butter (enough to coat pan) or white wine.
Mix together soups and white wine.
Add chicken pieces and simmer. Simmer at least 1 hour.
The longer you can simmer the chicken, the more tender the chicken will be!
(It will melt in your mouth.)
