Chewy Chocolate Cookies
Chewy Chocolate Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. (3 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, 8 tbsp. Preheat oven to 350Β° and grease some cookie sheets.
Melt the chocolate in a small cup or bowl set in a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Set aside to cool.
Cream the butter and sugar together, then add the eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and powdered instant coffee; mix well.
Beat in the melted chocolate.
Stir and toss the flour, soda and salt together; add them to the chocolate mixture, beating until completely blended.
Stir in the chocolate morsels.
Drop dough on sheets 1 inch apart.
Bake for 10 minutes or until tops look dry.
