Cheesy Potato Casserole
Cheesy Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium size potatoes, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
Chill, then peel and grate.
Combine cheese, milk and butter in small saucepan.
Cook over low heat until butter and cheese melt. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold cheese mixture into potatoes.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
