Cheesy Potato Casserole
Cheesy Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 potatoes, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 medium chopped onion, 1 small jar pimentos and parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel potatoes; cut in large pieces and cook until tender. Drain well.
Melt margarine in pan and saute chopped onion.
Add to potatoes.
Add parsley, onion salt and garlic salt to taste and toss potatoes gently.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Slice Velveeta cheese paper thin and place on top of potatoes.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese melts.
