Cheesy Potato Casserole
Cheesy Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes, 1 c. low-fat sharp cheese, shredded, 1/2 c. skim milk, 2 tbsp. oleo and 8 oz. low-fat sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook potatoes in jackets about 30 minutes.
Chill.
Peel and grate.
Combine cheese, milk and 2 tablespoons oleo in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until oleo and cheese melt.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream, salt and pepper.
Fold cheese mixture into potatoes.
Pour into a greased casserole.
Dot with oleo and bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
