Cheesed Cauliflower
Cheesed Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cauliflower, 1/3 c. water, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 2 tsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Remove leaves and trim base from cauliflower.
Cook in boiling salt water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain. Place in ungreased shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt.
Mix mayonnaise and prepared mustard; spread over cauliflower.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 4 to 5.
