Cheese Wafers
Cheese Wafers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plain flour, 1/2 c. grated cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. red pepper (optional) and 1 stick softened butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix flour, grated cheese and salt. Cream butter, then add mixture.
Blend well. Shape into rolls.
Wrap in wax paper and freeze.
Leave several hours. Remove from freezer and let thaw a little.
Cut in slices and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 425Β° for 10 minutes.
Yields about 3 dozen.
