Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium mushrooms, 4 oz. garlic and herb semi-soft cheese, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, 3 c. water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Remove mushroom stems, keeping caps. Chop enough stems to measure 1 cup; put in bowl.
Stir in cheese and parsley.
In saucepan, bring water to boil and lemon juice. Add caps; cook 1 minute.
Drain.
Spoon cheese mixture into caps. Arrange in shallow baking pan.
Bake 8 minutes.
Makes about 2 dozen.
