Cheese Stuffed Chicken
Cheese Stuffed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boned skinless chicken breasts, 4 (3 x 1 1/8 inch) slices skim mozzarella cheese, 1 egg white, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour and 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Rinse and pat dry chicken.
Use a sharp knife; cut small pocket in side of each breast.
Insert cheese slice in pocket.
In a small bowl beat egg white slightly.
In another bowl stir together flour, Parmesan cheese, parsley and paprika.
Dip chicken in egg, then coat with flour mixture.
Spray 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking pan or dish.
Arrange chicken in dish and bake in a 375Β° oven 20 to 25 minutes, until chicken is tender and not pink.
