Cheese Straws
Cheese Straws is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. new york state sharp cheese, grated, 4 sticks corn oil margarine, 4 1/2 c. plain flour, 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper and salt (several dashes), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream the cream cheese and margarine together.
Add flour, pepper and salt.
Blend well.
Squeeze through a cookie press onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen straws.
