Cheese Puffs(Makes 12) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 3 tbsp. margarine or butter, 1/2 c. bisquick, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Lightly grease cookie sheet.
In quart saucepan, heat water and margarine to boiling.
Stir in baking mix all at once.
Stir in vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture leaves side of pan and forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs thoroughly.
Continue beating until mixture is smooth.
Mix in cheese and Italian seasoning.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
