Cheese Fondue
Cheese Fondue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. switzerland swiss cheese, cut up, 1 1/3 c. white wine (inexpensive), 2 1/4 tsp. cornstarch, pinch of nutmeg and pinch of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large pot on stove, rub a clove of garlic discard. Bring wine to bubble (not quite boil) and gradually add cheese (already and tossed with cornstarch) stirring constantly.
When cheese is melted, add spices into fondue pot.
If too stringy when eating, increase heat.
