Cheese Fondue
Cheese Fondue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1 tbsp. butter, 3/4 c. sharp cheese, cut in small pieces, 1 tsp. salt and 3 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Scald milk; add butter, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well. Turn oven to 350Β°.
Separate eggs; beat whites and yolks until thick.
Slowly add yolks to cheese sauce and fold in egg whites and bread crumbs.
Pour into ungreased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
