Cheese Custard(Flan)
Cheese Custard(Flan) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, 4 to 5 tbsp. sugar and 1 (14 oz.) can whole milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Beat eggs.
Add rest of ingredients and mix.
In a solid cake pan, melt 4 to 5 tablespoons of sugar until caramel forms.
Tilt pan so as to spread caramel to cover the sides.
Pour mixture and place the cake pan in another pan containing 1/2-inch of water. (This is called bano Maria, similar to double boiling).
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove and separate edges and cool overnight.
Invert into a platter for serving so that caramel doesn't spill.
