Cheese Coffee Cake
Cheese Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. crescent rolls (pillsbury), 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 egg, separated and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Remove crescent rolls from package and pat 1 package crescent dough carefully on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice together. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture on top of dough in pan. Cover with remaining crescent dough.
Beat egg white until foamy and spread on top of dough.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
