Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (at room temperature), 1/4 c. flour, 4 eggs, 1 egg yolk and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut cheese into pieces and place in large mixing bowl; beat 1 minute.
Add eggs and egg yolk and mix well.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add flour and salt; mix well.
Add vanilla and cream and beat until smooth.
Place into prepared crust; bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 250° and bake for 45 to 65 minutes or until cake is slightly browned, has risen and is cooked on top. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
