Cheese Blintzes
Cheese Blintzes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/4 c. water, 5 eggs and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine flour and salt (sift).
Add water; mix until smooth. Add 4 eggs; beat well.
Add milk; mix to thin batter.
Cook slowly until pancake is lightly browned on bottom and "set" on top.
Turn on foil with browned side up.
Mix cheese and 1 egg.
Add sugar to taste.
Beat (not too much).
Put spoonful of cheese in center of each pancake on browned side; fold.
Brown in small amount of hot oil.
If you wish, serve topped with sour cream.
