Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes
Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can campbell's new broccoli cheese soup, 4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 c.), 1/8 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. margarine and 1 small onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In skillet over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion until tender.
Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Add potatoes.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with sage, if desired.
Yields 4 servings.
