Cheddar Cheese and Olive Balls
Cheddar Cheese And Olive Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. butter, softened, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 3/4 c. flour and 36 to 40 tiny stuffed olives, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Grate cheese and soften to room temperature.
Combine cheese, butter and paprika.
Mix well into flour, by hand, until pieces of cheese disappear and mixture is smooth and deep yellow in color.
Cover; allow to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Pinch off small piece dough (1 teaspoon) and flatten in palm of hand to a circle.
Place well drained olive in dough; cover completely.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet; chill 10 minutes.
Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
May be made in advance and frozen.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Do not thaw.
