Cheddar and Vidalia Onion Casserole
Cheddar And Vidalia Onion Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large vidalia onions, sliced, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. milk, 2 large eggs and 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute onions in butter.
Mix eggs and milk, then set aside. Line 8 x 13-inch baking dish with 1 cup buttered cracker crumbs. Layer 1/2 onions, can of soup, 4 ounces cheese, 1/2 onions and top with egg/milk mixture.
Mix remaining crumbs and cheese and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
