Charlie's Potato Tuna Chowder
Charlie'S Potato Tuna Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes, 2 c. chicken stock, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. sage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine 1 cup potatoes, chicken stock, onion and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer around 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Add sage, paprika and pepper to the saucepan. With a fork, mash the potatoes in a saucepan.
Add remaining potatoes, carrots, green beans, celery and milk to the mashed potatoes in saucepan. Bring to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat.
Simmer for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add tuna fish to the saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes until well heated.
Serves 4 to 6.
