Chalupa
Chalupa is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 lb. pork roast, cut in bite size pieces, 1 lb. pinto beans, soaked in water overnight, 3 cloves garlic, chopped, 3 tsp. chili powder and 1 tsp. cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix first 9 ingredients together.
Place in slow cooker. Cover with water (reduce water slightly if beans are presoaked). Cover cooker.
Cook on high for 5 hours.
Serve in layers of corn chips, meat mixture, cheese, tomato, lettuce and taco sauce. Yields 15 servings.
