Challah Bread
Challah Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 to 7 1/2 c. wheat flour, 2 pkg. active dry yeast, 2 c. water, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large bowl, combine 3 cups flour and yeast.
In saucepan, heat 2 cups water, sugar, butter and salt just until warm (115° to 120°) and butter is almost melted.
Stir constantly.
Add flour mixture; add 3 eggs.
Beat at low speed of electric mixer 1/2 minute, scraping bowl.
Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can; mix in with a spoon.
