Cauliflower Salad Bowl
Cauliflower Salad Bowl is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. thinly sliced cauliflower, 1 c. pitted, coarsely chopped black olives, 1/2 c. chopped pimento, 2/3 c. chopped green bell pepper and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimento and onion.
Mix well.
In another mixing bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
Mix well. Pour oil mixture over vegetable mixture.
Toss to coat vegetables. Refrigerate, covered, 4 hours or overnight.
To serve, spoon vegetable mixture into a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
