Cauliflower-Ham Au Gratin
Cauliflower-Ham Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. partially cooked fresh cauliflower or 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed and well drained, 1 1/4 c. chopped fully cooked smoked ham, 1 (11 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup, 1/4 c. milk and 2/3 c. bisquick baking mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Arrange cauliflower in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch; sprinkle with ham. Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth; pour over ham. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over soup mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
Bake until topping is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
