Cauliflower Casserole
Cauliflower Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cauliflower, cut into flowerets, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/2 c. plain unsweetened low-fat yogurt and 2 tbsp. (1/2 oz.) shredded low-fat american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook cauliflower in boiling water 8 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
Place 1/2 of cauliflower in a 1-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with half each of yogurt and cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining cauliflower, yogurt and cheese.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
